BTSS X Blaze

The BTSS are excited to be collaborating with one of Birmingham’s top fitness venues, David Lloyd Blaze Studio to bring to you BTSS X Blaze: HIIT for Charity in aid of our charity of the year, Sport 4 Life UK.

Sport4 Life UK provide the opportunity for young people to prepare for and moved into education, employment or training by improving their key life and employability skills through sport themed services.

Join us in a fun and friendly 45 minute HIIT class with top of the range gym equipment followed by complimentary smoothies and use of the facilities. All levels are welcome. Tickets are limited and are £10 and all proceeds go to the charity
