BTSS Charity of the Year 2026/27 - Molly Ollys

We are proud to support Molly Ollys as our Charity of the Year. Founded to help children with life-threatening illnesses and their families, the charity provides emotional support through the granting of individual wishes, helping to make difficult days a little brighter and creating special memories during challenging times. Children and families can apply for a wish tailored to their individual circumstances, with support designed around their specific needs.

 

In addition to fulfilling wishes, Molly Ollys has developed Olly The Brave, a therapeutic toy lion, alongside a series of storybooks that help children understand and cope with experiences such as diagnosis, treatment and recovery. These resources are provided directly to children and donated to hospitals across the UK, offering comfort and reassurance to families navigating serious illness.

 

The charity also delivers a range of family support initiatives, including events for families of seriously ill children, and works closely with the NHS on bespoke projects that enhance care and support services. Driven by compassion and a commitment to making a meaningful difference, Molly Ollys ensures that every child and family receives support that is right for them.
