BTSS Summer Party 2021

Dear BTSS Members,

We finally have some very exciting news to share with you all!

Our amazing social secretaries have organised a big BTSS Summer Social on Friday 13 August 2021 at an exclusive, beautiful rooftop bar venue with a private DJ… and lots of other surprises at The Mill, Digbeth. Doors will open at 7pm.

After-Party will be held at Be At One, New Street from 10pm onwards. 

This event is not exclusive to members and anyone can come, please share this with all your friends who are looking to have a great time!

Ticket prices are £25 for Members and £30 for Non-Members, all tickets can be bought on our website - https://www.thebtss.co.uk/events-tickets.

Ticket Transfer Policy:

1.       If you are unable to attend the event, we welcome substitute delegates attending in place of the original ticket holder at no additional cost. For security and monitoring reasons, all requests for substitutions must be received via email at least 24 hours before the event with information pertaining to the name, job status, and contact details of both the registered and the replacement attendees: BTSS.group@gmail.com.

2.       Transfers will become effective on the date of written confirmation from the   BTSS.

Cancellation Policy:

3.       The buyer acknowledges upon purchase that tickets purchased in connection with BTSS events are non-refundable and non-creditable.

4.       The BTSS reserves the right to modify the event up to the day of the event.   This means that occasionally the event may change up to the day of the event.   Other times it may be necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances, to alter the event, venue and/or arrangements.

5.       If unforeseen circumstances cause the BTSS to cancel an event, all ticket holders will be informed as soon as possible and a full refund will be made to the original payment method.

6.       If for any reason, the BTSS must cancel an event, the BTSS accepts no responsibility for covering travel, accommodation and other costs incurred by ticket holders and guests.

Alcohol Policy: 

Alcohol will be provided to ticket-holders over the age of 18, with valid ID, by the venue who is a licenced vendor holding a valid alcohol licence. For clarity, the   BTSS will not be selling alcohol
